Welcome to my new Blog !

Thanks for being here. I appreciate it, and will do my best to make this blog inspiring, creative and imagine… even try to share some most interesting new tools for personal and professional growth. As some of you know I love to learn (and a lot), therefore you are more than welcome to use this great platform to argue, raise difficult questions and offer a new way of thinking. The disagreements and our mutual dialog will lead us to great improvements and higher levels of understandings, and will enable us to simplify and modify the complexity of our world.

During the last two decades I have done intensive research on talent, thinking habits, organizational issues and success. I have done it using tools from the wonderful worlds of jazz, creativity, NLP, Objectivism, coaching, Systemic and strategic thinking. I had also the honor of meeting and working with great leaders, from almost any field, which made tremendous changes in their personal and professional lives as well as helping others to do so. Thanks to those lessons I have developed unique and breakthrough methodology and I am truly excited for this great opportunity to share them with you.
